Twenty eight years ago today (10/25/80) Lance Mclhenny emerged to upset Texas in Austin along with Craig James and Eric Dickerson. Happy Birthday to the Pony Express.

Who would have thought that 28 years later, we would be totally con-competitive against one of the service acadamies or be in a season with only one win which was over a 1-aa team?

saw that reel during the texas game, nice piece. wish i was alive for that rather than seeing games like today over and over again

Things are changing at SMU. The PYE model is gone and we are worikng by NCAA rules. ( I do not what to go back to the way we used to work - pre 1986 )

SMU has a lot to offer, great school, great atmosphere, and remember SMU stands for Super Model University!!!!

Stay the course with JJ. He and his coaches will bring WINS.

What we need to do IS change the attitude. Win, and that will happen.
