Fascinating article on his unusual personality and interests, including Winston Churchill:

He is still CLASSLESS!
What a JERK!
I hope the OK schools give him two losses in a row!

I find it infinitely satisfying and ironic that Leach is reading Churchill, one of the greatest proponents ever for fair play and sportsmanship. One of Churchill's famous speeches calls for "a marked regard for fair play, especially to the weak and poor." Keeping your starters in and firing at the end zone after the game is well in hand would, I dare say, not be considered fair play under any definition.
Howard Stern as a hero, on the other hand, is a little more predictable.

Yes, but Churchill also said when Lady Astor accused him of being drunk, "It is true Madam, that I am drunk, and you are ugly. I shall be sober in the morning, but alas Madam, you wil still be ugly". Or something like that.

Lady Astor was neither weak nor poor.

For those of you who did not know that Leach was a "magician", well Brent Musberger reminded us about every 5 minutes during the telecast.

There is that one thing that I've heard Winston Churchill and Leach have in common, but the article leaves that out.

Me too. The guy's a different bird and so he runs the score up on teams, but people like him make the world interesting.
