Forgive me if I just haven't found the thread where it was mentioned, but what was the official word on BLM's and Bell's injuries. I was in the garage during the post-game press conference with Coach Jones and thought I heard something about ruptured and slightly separated. Then I heard that Turner would be the one to play at UTEP. I couldn't decipher the rest. Can anyone point me to some information? Thanks.

For whatever reason there rarely seems be much news on injuries coming from SMU. Now why is another question.

Speaking of injuries...does anyone know if there is a policy on injured players not being on the sidelines? Evan Hualualuaua was in the stands and had motioned to his foot as to why he was in the stands. But can't a player still be with his teammates?

it could have been possible that JJ didnt want him on the sidelines. or he gave him the chance to be in the crowd during HC...just more info we'll never know about

This was from the mouth of Coach Jones in the post-game interview. He spoke about the injuries, but I couldn't hear all of the details because the radio reception in the parking garage is toilet. Apparently no one else caught it either. Thanks anyway.

I recall JJ stating that they did not know the full extent of the injuries. He indicated Bo and Darius had shoulder injuries and speculated both had some degree of separation; however, the full extent of the injuries would not be known until Monday after reviewing results of an MRI.

Not a policy per se, but from what I understand about Jones is that he only dresses the traveling squad for home games. I would only assume then that if you are too injured to make the traveling squad, then you don't dress for the game.

Why was Coach Jones in your garage?

In the car, after the game, Binkley garage, on the radio.
