Note to schools: Stop the blackouts

Well, Florida St. was the latest to try this act at Doak Campbell Stadium last Saturday. Where did it get them? A loss to Boston College. Apparently, they tried this two years ago against BC and lost.
As a FSU fan told me, "We really need to stop doing this.''
So help this thread, my list of teams who have tried this all one color business at their stadium and choked on a stick are these teams:
Florida St. -- black out -- lost (Boston College)
Georgia -- black out -- lost (Alabama)
Minnesota -- gold out -- lost (Michigan)
Colorado -- black out -- lost (Texas, I think)
Maybe Utah against TCU was one where the blackout was used and it worked -- barely?
While I like this kind of thing and it's great for college football. You would think as spooked as college coaches get about this kind of thing especially when it goes the other way, they would stop the plans.
I've just noticed where this has been kind of a bad karma thing.

Of course there is SMU that uses the "stay out" and it has not worked.

There was not an ounce of criciticism in this. I just happened to notice this trend. I love this stuff.

Maybe not, but I think we've perfected the blow-out.

Utah Blacked out TCU and won. UGA blacked out Auburn and won last year. I have to say I, as a student, love the "color" outs. When done to perfection, it makes the crowd look completely unified, and I have to think it really pumps up the players.

too bad we'll never have a RED or BLUE out here being that most of the time, the bleachers are ALWAYS empty

SMU Football is home to more blackouts than any other program in the country. Most of them just never seem to make it from the boulevard to the stadium.
