so this might have been posted last week but i just wanted to get everyones take on the one award that keeps SMU tied to the rich tradition of CFB.

Tyrell Fenroy (Sr.) Louisiana-Lafayette
Shonn Greene (Jr.) Iowa
Kendall Hunter (So.) Oklahoma State
LeSean McCoy (So.) Pittsburgh
Knowshon Moreno (So.) Georgia
Javon Ringer (Sr.) Michigan State
Jacquizz Rodgers (Fr.) Oregon State
Evan Royster (So.) Penn State

those are the Semifinalists and im sure once the bowl games are officially booked, the list will be dropped to 3 most likely. (maybe 5)

Greenes the best one stat wise out of the bunch but Rodgers is a stud too.

if a Senior was going to win it, it would go to Ringer

Ringer has had a great year. Leads the nation in rushing, carries, TDs and scoring. Huge factor why the Spartans are going to have at least 9 wins for th 10th time in school history.

MSU can still get to the Rose Bowl if it beats Penn State and Michigan upsets Ohio State. Probably won't happen but the Spartans are going to be playing in a Jan. 1 game.

To be Fair to DeMyron, he was right there in the mix all the way up to opening day.
