Florida...but they will be #1 after whipping Bama in the SEC title game.

Bama is undefeated.
UT/OU/Tech all win and lose to each other (none lose at home), but UT wins on a neutral field, giving them an advantage to capture #2.
Florida is on the outside looking in for losing AT HOME to Ole Miss. Even with Snead, its a worse loss than any of the Big XII teams...
USC can stay on the outside looking in. If they want more consideration then they need a conference championship game & need to send their back ups to play at UCLA so the conference can be more competitive.

1. UT
2. Florida
3. OU
4. USC
any of the top three are deserving of a top 2 ranking and shot at the championship
