45-35 CampaignComing straight out of Austin, Texas this week to remind the world that Texas took down OU, head to head, on a neutral field. Tshirts, signs, and banners will likely be all over the broadcast on Thursday night.
My personal favorite, though, will likely be - not sure i believe this yet - lurking above the Gameday broadcast on saturday morning in Stillwater. Keep an eye out for the plane that has been hired to tote a 45-35 banner above the OSU production site. It tastes better when served from a Bowl (game)!

who do you cheer for this weekend? if OSU beats OU, then texas is screwed.... WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010
im cheering for OU to win because that just means UT will win the tiebreak. if OSU wins, tech goes to KC to play Mizzou or Nebraska.
if osu wins, tech will play mizzou but won't be able to jump all the way to #1 or #2. Florida knocks off Alabama and Texas still goes to the national championship. if ou wins, they will most likely overtake texas and will be in the drivers seat for the NC. go osu
Oh, here we go. UT, Dodds and cry-baby Mack are crankin' up the propaganda machine. A win in early October means nothing. Oh, and the NEUTRAL site. That's big! (gag)
OU had little trouble trouncing Tech and would cream UT now. (And without the two roughing-the-Colt penalties and being robbed of an end zone interception, OU beats the T-sips in October.)
BLOW YOU had one shot at Texas -- like it always does every second Saturday in October -- AND DIDN'T get it done.
The only thing I remember about that game is how much Texas kicked their [deleted] in the fourth quarter and told Big Game Bob to shove it. Another message from that game: BLOW YOU no longer has the mental hex over Texas. But Texas people are telling me that the Longhorns don't have to get to the Big 12 title game in order to play for the national championship. I'm not polished on the rules. But one guy, who apparently studies this stuff, says that's right. Hook'em Horns! P.S. Mack Brown isn't doing the politicking like you think he is. You're going by a couple of years ago. Time for you to catch up on that.
Oh, yeah. It goes like this: Mack tells the media to "take control of college football" (again) and vote the 'Horns the best team since dinosaurs walked the earth. And chumps like the DMN's Keith Whitmire will do so.
Before everyone gets their feathers in a ruffle lets wait until after the games.
aTm may pull off another 13-0 (BEV0) surprise and Mack is crying! or OSU shocks Big Game Bob and Mack is still crying! Only downer to the last scenario is the stinkin LEECH has the last laugh! EVERYBODY CHILL ![]() SMU - IT'S YOUR TURN
FIRE JUNE JONES ![]() USC Trojan for Life and SMU Dad!
You're just still whining about Texas beating USC in the Rose Bowl to win the national championship. Sucked to be you that night, didn't it?
that's the scenario that Texas could well qualify for the BCS Title Game w/o going to the Big 12 Title Game. If OU loses, and UT remains ahead of Florida then Tech goes to the Big 12 Title game and UT will be an At-Large team that might very well still making the BCS title game as the No. 2 BCS rated team. If Missouri wins the Big 12 Title in that scenario UT will still get an At-Large Invitation since it will be higher ranked and have only 1 loss while OU and Tech will have 2. I bet Mack would settle for that. Of course, Florida with remaining games could pass Texas.
Texas needs to stop worrying about the BCS and focus on beating A&M. There's plenty of time after that game to lobby the pollsters. But, for now, there's still some football to be played.
Florida vs. Alabama in the SEC Championship. One will play the other out of contention for the Title Game
