Wasn't everbody proud to see WAC commissioner give that trophy to Jim Copeland last night? Who needs a decent football and basketball team when you can dominate in swimming, golf and tennis?

As a matter of fact, I am proud of all our student-athletes.
Your post suggests that you might sacrifice academics, non-revenue sports and reputation for top 25 FB and BB teams. Too high a price for a university? You betcha! I wouldn't want to be on that train.
I am just as disppointed in our results as you at this moment in time; but I'll still be a fan while we rebuild. No quick fix is reasonable given the distance we have to travel.
I won't be a fan, if we make a devil's bargain. That is what got us in this fix in the first place. Success will be sweet when we do succeed. And we will.
