Practice Field

Postby RE Tycoon » Sun Dec 21, 2008 4:18 pm

Just drove by the practice field and noticed a new blue tarp around the fence blocking the view of the practice field. Unlike before, you can't see through this one. Anyone know if this just for the Cotton Bowl, or will our practices next year be un-viewable outside the gate?

So who will be using our field?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Tech will practice at Texas Stadium in Irving during game week of the Cotton Bowl, and its Southeastern Conference opponent will practice at SMU. Those are the same workout assignments as on Tech’s last trip to the Cotton Bowl three years ago. …
