Looking at all the empty seats at Qualcomm Stadium during the final moments of TCU's 17-16 win over Boise State, it became increasingly clear why the Broncos weren't picked to go to the Fiesta Bowl over Ohio State

If you think that way, why don't we just forego playing the bowls altogether, forget who has the best teams, and award bowl victories based on average attendance?
That's essentially what this Markazi numbnuts is arguing. In his book, private, limited-enrollment schools like TCU and SMU should compete attendance-wise with large, come-one-come-all public schools. And if they can't, they don't deserve any bowl or national honors. The mythical national championship should be decided among only those schools who bring the most fans -- not the schools that field the best teams.
Is this really what you think college football should be?
