I keep thinking we will hear the other side of the story but it has not yet come out. I can not imagine denying someone the right to interview. Now if they leave while under contract, then action can be taken if you wish, but to fire someone just for talking to another person is pretty rough. And I agree that I think it will be a tough job to fill with a high caliber candidate.
