from last year's recruiting class? I believe he enrolled and redshirted. Don't think he grey-shirted. He looked like a decent but definitely long term project who got a strong look from Texas Tech as early as his Junior year. He was young for his recruiting class. Haven't heard a thing about him since he signed. Last I heard he was once at 6-4, 331 then down to 320 but Jones had told him to get down to 295 pound and shread the fat. Interesting he had a brother that started for several years at Defensive Tackle for California.

Don't have a ton of light to shed, but, when training camp started, he was overweight, and very out of shape. He made progress as the season went by, but, still has some work to do. I hope he works hard, because he is a very big boy.

He's also a very good kid. He's been to our house a couple times and is very polite and fun to be around.

Cant wait to see he and Evan clogging up the middle and also getting in the backfield.

Has Nwangwu moved to defense?
Pretty sure he's still on the offensive line.

I can't wait either. It's going to be a great season.
