After eating all that grease and lubricating it with beer, you might want to wear Depends when you go to the stadium.

If we're going to go "whole hog" so to speak, somebody should do a Boulevard luau, digging a pit and putting the whole hog in it. Poi, pineapple, the whole nine yards. June Jones would dig it for sure.

I'd love to see the look on the 'Vard nazis' faces when somebody breaks out the shovel and starts digging....

A friend sent that to me last week. It looks like a heart attack waiting to happen, but with a little A1, it looks pretty good.

Mr H and I have been mulling this over for a while now. We would love to organize an authentic luau for the Mustang fans and families. Our question is....how many of you would be interested in something like this? We did it at Evans high school and it was a great success....polynesian food, beverage and entertainment.

Give us some feedback either here or in a PM and we'll go from there.

GO MUSTANGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mrs. H

You and mrydel will eat anything - you have been going to this festival for years

Roadkill Cookoff

Several years ago, when the state of West Virginia made it legal to take home - and use - animals killed by cars, the Roadkill Cookoff in Marlinton was born. Dishes with names like Thumper Meets Bumper, Asleep at the Wheel Squeal, One Ton Wonton, Rigormortis Bear Stew, Tire Tread Tortillas and Deer on a Stick are judged for their taste - or lack of it. Citizens of the state have been picking up, and cooking, roadkill long before they named a festival in honor of the practice.

Yeah. We refer to our pick ups as utensils here in Arkyland
