The Rangers however, have one playoff win in the history of the team. The LA Clippers are the only team that comes immediately to mind with that same level of futility. Maybe the Detroit Lions but they at least made an NFC Championship game in the early 90's before the Cowboys started their run. However, if you hold Baseball America to be a valid authority, the Texas Rangers have the best farm system in all of baseball and they say it isn't even close. So who knows maybe our fortunes are linked?
