Who plays at Safety? We have Banjo at one spot. But who will take the other. I dont think Rock is coming back right?

I have read that Sterling Moore, Ryan Clark and Bennie Thomas will all play corner.

As far as last years class I guess Ryan SMith could play? Anyone know anything about him?

Ja'garred Davis was recruited for OLB but It would be nice to have a big bodied S for once. With his speed I vote we put him there.

Isnt Hudman ( i think that is who i am thinking about) coming back?

I would think our starting defensive backfield would be Bell and Mcann at the corners and Clark and Banjo at the safeties. Dont forget E Sanders at corner some too.

Bryce Hudman is back in the mix at safety - maybe as a starter.

I would look for Banjo and Hudman, to be the starters at the end of spring ball. Hudman needs to keep his head on straight, or JJ will boot him out for good.

I hear the coaches like his attitude this offseason, and that he has been working out extremely hard.

I guess the one year off counted as one if he didn't.

Redshirt 2005, played 2006 and 07, should have 2 years left. Needs to keep his head right with ball.

Wouldn't the clock keep running? He has 5 years to play four. He has been on campus for four years. Wouldn't he only have one left?

RYAN CLARK from Navaro JC. He will start at safety opposite Banjo. Or, so I am guessing at this moment.

I would certainly hope a 4 star JUCO recruit can start immediately on this defense.....not only should he start, he should be one of the best defensive players on the team.

Our highest ranked recruit last year was a JUCO Db...Where is he now?
