Dwan - as a fan and letterman i don't appreciate your negative comments on one of our players - criticize the administration - fine - the AD - fine - not one of our players - they are still kids

Is it really being too critical to say that he looks small for a college linebacker? Is that too harsh?

In my opinion he was our best performing LB last year even though he did not get much time until the end. What surprises me is that Dwan is able to tell his size with no frame of reference around. I recall thinking how small Jerry Ball was when our defense huddled in day. When you realized the size of the others around him it all became relative.

Dude....that guy looks small and he is listed at 6-0 215 which prob means 5-10 200. Not saying he is not a player, not saying that he isn't a great kid....but man he looks small. All I'm saying is that lets not put him on the front page.

I agree with my Arkansas friend. Chase was our best linebacker at the end of the year. He made plays.

I have to agree with both of you. I went to the UTEP game last year where Chase got his first start, and he was the hardest hitting lb we had all season. He actually showed some football instincts, find the ball carrier and hit him!

Santa dropped us for a home-and-home with Texas.

yep, and as usual we had to go with a much smaller and lower profile opponent. Tooth Fairy.
