Actually, I like this. The government should be in the business of investigating/enforcing our laws, including our antitrust laws. The fact that there are other things which may arguably be more pressing makes this no less a legal violation.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Ah the United States Senate in action. Let's have an "investigation" do nothing and take the credit for investigating something and cash that old Senate paycheck. Sorry for my cynicism, but I live in DC and have seen this dance over and over again.

I acknowledged that in my original post, but as fas as I know the antitrust laws have not been suspended because of the economic downturn.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

If this will keep Obama away from the economic problems we have, I am all for him concentrating on the sports problems.

It was in the fine print on the Bailout Bill. UT gets $10,000,000,000 just because.
