Graham Watson was pretty on target about SMU, IMO.

Uh, run-and-shoot offenses don't "[establish] a running game."

Since joining C-USA Rice is 1-10, 7-6, 3-10 & 10-3. Please explain.

Apparently they are looking at it from the SMU perspective over that time period.

i like how they said we wont challenge powers like houston and tulsa when we should have beaten both of them had we not blown the game in the 4th quarter last year. in the tulsa game we gave up 13 points in the 4th quarter dropped a sure game winning td as we lost by 6 and against houston we gave up 21 4th quarter points and lose by 6 again. if our d could just play slightly better we can easily be middle of the pack in the conference.

and that was with the high school level execution of JJ's offense.

Don’t expect any resemblance of respect until SMU football consistently wins football games. Even as conference champs we will still be emerged in a non BCS neighborhood. Respect you earn it!
