I am shocked that it took this long for the NCAA to punish a non BSC school for athletic success. How in the world could the NCAA let such a non BSC school compete and deny BSC schools of their rightful place in the pantheon of NCAA post season cash? I fully expect Memphis to receive a stunningly harsh penalty as an example must be made that all Non BSC schools will be devastated for any athletic success.
