Anything that is done will be an improvement. The original design/arrangement was illconceived - whether it was Mike Cavan's doing or a goofy architect - didn't make sense. Cavan probably didn't care - he just wanted out of the Delta steel building. June will be getting exactly what he wants - and it is bound to be more functional.
