Since it has been shown time and time again that SMU cannot compete in Div 1 football, perhaps it is time to stop playing football and use all of that money to help fund a successful basketball program.

no, I call myself Hoop Fan, cuz I like hoops best, but no way it would work in Texas. No conference to play in, and big donors like football. Never seen Ford at a bball game.
