Jerry Hughes is back; led the nation with 15 sacks and six forced fumbles last year.

Our OL is going to have their work cut out for them.

I'm going to start the early prediction thread:

TCU 48
SMU 10

I had a dream last night that we beat TCU 24-17 to start the season 4-0. I hope the dream is prophetic.

If a frog and a pony mated that would be a weird looking kid

Aren't you the one who's skipping the game to watch the Aggie/Pig game?
If so, you don't get to make such predictions.

I say SMU scores 6 points. TCU scores as many points as they want. SMU's defense is nothing but powderpuffs out there.

forget about the sacks and forced fumbles- hopefully Hughes doesn't return any interceptions for Touchdowns on us either

That happened right in front of me where I sat. I was coming back from the concession stands when that happened. I just

But since I won't be at Amon Carter but will be in Arlington:
Arkansas 35
Texas A&M 14

That game last year got ugly real quickly. To be honest after that performance I didn't think we'd stay within two touchdowns of another opponent all year so I was actually pleasantly surprised we came close to winning three other games.

Stayed close? That's why I'm encouraged about this season. We not only stayed in a bunch of games, there were maybe three that we should have won. Bad luck, youthful mistakes — whatever — but we're on the way.

Go Ponies!
