Where have I heard this before?

"To be quite honest with you, we put him in kind of an unfair situation," Jones said "He came from a high school where he threw the ball 10 to 12 times a game, he'd never lined up in a shotgun, never seen a four-wide formation, and all of a sudden he's in it every play."
