we need the coverage

We get more coverage from ESPN than we do from the DMN.

cant complain, the perception of the program is on the upswing. when a hs football recruit looks up SMU's clubhouse on espn, they will see some positives instead of the same old bottom cellar type stuff. coverage is good, winning is better, and wins will lead to better coverage.

Speaking of coverage, page 20 of the new football media guide claims that 'SMU already has nine games slated for TV in 2009'. Have I missed something or does this include other sports?

I saw that too, not sure what they're getting at there.

do they say which tv stations will be carrying our games? does it include local perhaps?

I thought we had 2 games slated for TV and one was on the Mountain(TCU). Maybe we've reached a syndication deal like in 2007 for Channel 21

Well, now I guess I have to say that ESPN sucks too.
