If you are in the Dallas area, today is the day to pick up a copy of the Morning News, SMU has the top Front Sports Page story with color picture and then has a full page of pictures and stories inside including a profile of Aldrick Robinson and a sotry about Yenga and Kate predicts us to go 5-7!

Season doesn't start until I read the PonyFans.com preview.

Glad the DMN notices we're in preseason, though.

I thought it was a fair evaluation. The previous year(s) will always be in the minds of the prognosticators, however I think we could be in a position to win most if not all of our games. Having said that, we could also lose every game if our guys don't play hard every play and gain some confidence early-on. All of our opponents have question marks in certain areas including TCU and their loss of five super defenders from last year and new offensive coordinators. A good start against SFA, UAB and WSU and then a stretch of home games against some very good teams with more and more fans jumping on the bandwagon and an exciting enviroment at Ford and who knows. Our guys just need some success. It is not easy when you are constantly being downtrodden in the media and even by supposed pony fans. They just have to "circle the wagons, work hard and prepare for glory".
