really like some of the true freshman.....5-6 six of them could earn allot of time this year.....E.J. looks good as outside linebacker...

Not so sure that it is a good thing when 5-6 true freshmen can come in and get a lot of playing time.....you know we will have an improved team when most, if not all, of the incoming recruiting class is redshirted.

We've been discussing this on the other sites. Prior to Fall Drills my Top 5 were:

1) Darrius Johnson
2) Deonte McDade
3) Keivon Gamble(but as a backup in a crowded field might be better to redshirt)
4 )Brandon Henderson(I thought he'd play at LB-where he has moved)
5) James Scott(but he is switching back to DB from QB-so there might be a learning curve)

I'm not in favor of playing freshman Offensive Lineman PERIOD unless there is an absolute necessity or his name is David Richards

Hope Drewery can excel at the role of the rover as an OLB.

Richards is too old now to contribute much, but he still could probably help some.
