We did this on short notice last week, but want to let all PonyFans know there will be live updates from practice Monday afternoon.

The team will have its second practice Monday from 3:30-5 p.m. Monday afternoon, and PonyFans.com will provide live updates. On days when the Ponies practice twice, there is no media access to players or coaches, but we'll try to have these live updates each time they have a second practice in a single day.

Almost an hour before the second practice of the day starts (3:30 CT), WR Josh Bryant is out on the field, doing sprints and flexibility drills.

Josh may not be a great player but he is a real good kid.

Thanks to the guys in the equipment room — as players start to trickle out on to the field, it looks so far like they're wearing the right numbers.

OK, I jumped the gun. Got some guys in "alternate" jerseys. Awesome.
