Where are PonyFans staying in Birmingham Saturday night? I might drive down for the game.

We are staying at the team hotel which is the Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park . I think One Trick Pony and Proud Mama are also staying there. Go Mustangs!

I'll be there too. I think I got it for like 119 a night. Was going to be at the Doubletree, but I believe the team is at this one. I know of at least three other ponyfans staying here too.

Here is some info regarding the UAB game, for fans that want a gathering place. The pub is owned by a SMU alum. Innisfree Pub is located in the Birmingham Historic Lakeview Entertainment district. Open Monday through Saturday and offers a wide variety of entertainment and specials throughout the week. Large out door patio with that is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer.

If it's a sunny day, I probably will be sitting in the shade of the press box. By the shadows in this picture, it looks like it's early afternoon, our kickoff is at 3:00pm.

It's fine, going to be in the 80s we sit on the SMU side. You sit over there, your going to be a UAB fan. Along with the other 7,500. SMU SMU SMU!

BTW this is the biggest shadow I have ever cast.
