Go back and read all the posts on here with nail-biting and concern. Don't try that revisionist history crap, there were a lot of fans here who were worried about him leaving for a better job. Doesn't matter if he didn't make the final three, or did, and then parlayed it into a raise and extension here at SMU because he knew he wasn't going to be the final choice. How many other athletic administrators or coaches here have been seriously considered, at any point, for a better job than the one they got here in the last 15-20 years. Hyndman, Orsini, Rhompola.
