There is a thread saying it is 19.5. However, technically the vegas books don't place a line on fbs vs. fcs division games.

The line is hopeful.

The over/under is expectations.

I'll take the line with the under.

If we win by 14 that is good enough for me.

I really want to see the new defense put some hurt on the other QB.
