Tackle Joe Webb
Posted: Wed Sep 09, 2009 10:12 amI remember back in '59 CC Ray was playing Highland Park in Corpus. They were rated #1 and we were #2. They had the great Billy Gannon (later at SMU). Our coach told the linebackers to tackle Billy every play whether he had the ball or not. We managed to slow him down enough to win the game and go on the win the State 4A High School Championship that year. Isn't there some way to do this with Joe Webb. UAB seems to be a one man show.
