Eh he still had a lot of incompletions. Sounded like he did make some bad throws but he's improving week by week and hopefully picks apart Washington St...

He had a solid game. Can't whine about BO this week. He still has a way to go. The real winner was the O line. They have done a great job protecting Bo the last two weeks.

The line has been solid and I havent heard a lot said about them.

Bo was better yet the offense as a whole was still inconsistant. I also think he must have been really feeling sick with the performance he had in the first game.

no doubt. I like to set "goals" per half. The goal going into the second half being up by 21 would have been to score at least 7 pts. They should have done that early and put this game out of reach.

I am impressed with the INTs and the big play trends of this defense. I hope it continues. But, it looks like we are getting guys to take a few chances and make some plays.

I guess I feel that PB tried as best he could to "bend but not brake" "don't make mistakes" mentality.

well, when you're overmatched, that isn't gonna cut it. I'd rather take reasonable risks to pin them in the back field and get INTs, because otherwsie they are going to move against our tiny d anyway. I like how this D is shaping up. Hopefully the injuries are not overbearing.

Bo can make the throws - if he can get rid of the unforced errors he is going to be scary - he took a lot of heat last week and last year - he deserves a lot of credit for this win and for hanging in there - I am a big fan of Bo - the gunslinger won today

Well, I'll admit I was one of the many down on him after last week, and I'll say he definitely made up for it. Great job, Bo! And Congratulations, Mustangs!!!

For the record, I think Bo still needs to tighten up a bit, but I think he proved today that he can hang in D-1A. I hope he keeps that chip on his shoulder and goes out and proves it over and over again week after week.

I still think he has a lot to prove....

He reminds me of Rex Grossman when he played for the bears. If he doesn't consistantly step into his throws and deliver with more authority you can except more turbulant play.

Once he figures out that when he steps into and delivers without thinking he will be very dangerous...

he led them on the winning drive as well as several TD drives. Hit on about 60% of his passes. Quite honestly I couldn't say much about how he threw after watching the game on streaming video. Can't wait for HD Internet Streaming.

It looked like he was hitting guys in stride - as opposed to last week - not as much receivers having to stretch out to get the ball. Guys could run after the catch.

It WAS hard seeing the finer details on the internet stream, but I did notice Mitchell threaded the needle a lot more when throwing into traffic. I don't know what his pass completion rate was last week, but I know it improved this week.

BLM deserved all the criticism he took for his performance against SFA. Sick or not, he was horrible. He looked much better today from what I could see. Not near so many stretched out receivers. I'm really pulling for the guy to improve every week, because whether you like him or not, as he goes so goes our season.
