Ok, so while watching the Cowboys game on channelsurfing, because I don't have a TV in my office which will be fixed shortly, I noticed the guy is simply retransmitting DirectTV. While watching he brought up the guide and switched to the Miami game for a few minutes.

This would explain the quality and the issues with not getting the right feeds.

But hey for free, why complain

It's not "the" guy, channelsurfing.net relies on individuals to stream games. Channelsurfing just finds those people.

But yeah, pretty funny.

Didn't Jerry and Kramer do this for a movie? Cry, Cry again?

"You cry, and then, when you see the dancer, you cry again."

CSTV is COMPLETE garbage. I couldn't log in before the first game, and of course their website so pathetic that the "forgot password" feature does nothing. An email to customer service produced no results. I just ended up canceling my subscription. At lease with the channelsurfing feed you know you won't have issues with the website. Not to mention that half the time they miss part of the game altogether and their customer service is horrible. Probably the worst service I've ever seen, for any business, period. Two big fat thumbs down.

I agree about the customer service, from what I can tell though channelsurfing is doing nothing more than re-streaming CSTV. So when it works it is better than paying for the subscription.

Both really suck. Lets just get good enough to have all our away games broadcast on real TV then it won't matter.

Other than UAB not flipping the switch and poor clarity, which is just the way it is, I had no problem with All Access this time.

As far as their camera man, at least they have one. We do ours through the jumbotron feed for football and the scoreboard for basketball. Many times when the play is going on, the picture shows the kiss cam, or pizza being passed around, etc. Especially with basketball, we replay every score on the big screen. Much action takes place before they get back to the game.

My All Access did not work until the middle of the 1st quarter. I kept getting "not available" or a something to that effect message when I tried to log on. In addition, the voice broadcast was at least 15 seconds behind the video. UAB broadcasters were not too bad and fairly objective giving the Ponies many complements and positives. In addition, my attempts to used the Ticket radio broad cast was frustrating as it was running at least 35 seconds behind the All Access video feed. Hence, I could watch a blurrrrry video with delayed voice.

In defense of All Access, and they do need a lot of defending on many things, the delay was with UAB and not All Access.
