BLM returns to practice ?!
Posted: Thu Sep 17, 2009 8:45 amSMU quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell practiced this morning, a day after sitting out to allow for treatment of his injured ribs.
Mitchell said he had his ribs, on his lower right side, adjusted Tuesday and he felt better Wednesday. He expects to go for more treatment today and be ready to play Saturday at Washington State. Mitchell said he was injured in the season opener against Stephen F. Austin, but didn't feel badly until the UAB game - possibly after sleeping badly at the hotel the night before.
During the game, he said he was in enough pain that he couldn't run all the way to the sideline to get the plays called in.
