How to lose a fan in 10 days...

Postby ponyinNC » Sat Sep 19, 2009 7:55 pm

What makes tonight's loss any different from all of the others? We are a losing football team for over 20 years. This year I finally stopped watching games online or listening to the Ticket and we won. But I knew if I invested myself in this year I'd get heartbroken again. So I just checked out the ESPN ticker throughout other games.

I knew we would find a way to lose.

Hello 3-9 season everyone!!!!!

the bandwagon was getting pretty full early in that game tonight, but now there are bodies all over the highway

Heh...so true....the bandwagon is emptying fast.....an off week gives even more chances for people to jump before we get drilled by TCU, Navy, ECU.....etc....same ole same ole...

assuming a blowout in Ft Worth, we could have the usual 10k for ECU but Navy will help us draw close to 20k and homecoming should draw 15k

As if we're going to leave - win or lose.

SMU needs better players and that is the alpha and omega of the issue!

Winning with the players we have is a bonus so anyone jumping ship over this is just a dreamer.

The worst thing about today was getting peanut butter in my keyboard! YUCK! :P
