Radio broadcast

Postby Eye In the Sky » Mon Sep 28, 2009 2:47 pm

Just a heads up for anyone who might be listening to Rich and John this week...the broadcast will be moved to 570 KLIF instead of 1310. I assume everything else will be the same, but since the Ticket now carries Stars games, they will get priority over our games whenever there's a conflict. That's just the way it is. ESPN does it to TCU games when they have a Mavs cnoflict.

Thanks but what about the FM broadcast? The ticket has a 104.1 for a FM station that mirrors the 1310....does 570 have a FM version? Who has friggin AM anymore on portable units?

Diamondm75 just so you know the only music medium that has had an increase in sales in the last two years is LP's by over 20%.....they are hot again and re-recorded in Japan, Germany and the US with new pressings on thick 180-200gm LP's...the analog sound is outstanding and superior to CD's by a long shot......

Honestly, this is good. 570 has a better signal than 1310 and 104.1 combined as evidenced by my trip to Camp Classen in Oklahoma this past weekend. We will be able to listen to our broadcast in the stadium. With 1310, we wouldn't be able to do that after 7PM
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

With the game on the Mtn network, won't that channelsurfing.com be available? (Yes, I know that is not radio.)

If you need an FM frequency and don't mind listening to the TCU radio broadcast, the game will also be on 103.3 FM.
