OFFICIAL ROCKTOBER PREDICTIONS (post #8K)

3 straight road games may be bad, but the month of october is going to be extremely difficult
My "realistic predictions" (even though i think we have a chance every week)
@ TCU L (their defense is just too good. the only chance we have is if BLM manages the game the right way. Not sure he is there yet, but he's had two weeks to prepare. On the downside TCU still has a bitter taste in their mouth, so I look for them to come out swinging).
ECU W (this may be a stretch, and stallion will say that nobody has seen them play.... But WVU threw for 334 yards against them (24/31 4TD/1INT). WVU also ran for 153 on 29 carries. WVU looked good tonight against Colorado, but Colorado is terrible. WVU Total O-509 ECU TOTal O-237. I think our offense can compete in this one)
Navy L (our defense is better, but its all about sticking with your assignments. our athletes can compete with navy, and if we get up early can win this game. But do we have the discipline? I really want to say we can win this game)
@ Houston L (They play 3 straight road games, and the only one they may lose is @ miss state. So we may be heading down there facing a team in the top 5... good reason for the mustangs to get up, good reason for the houston fans to be out of control)
@ Tulsa L (SMU always performs well against Tulsa... However, Tulsa's Damaris Johnson is probably the best skill player we will see all year, I just don't see it happening. however, SMU may be able to catch Tulsa looking ahead to the Houston game)
This is all dependent on the play of BLM. If he is over his illnesses and learns to throw to our team, we may have a chance in more (but as i said navy will depend on the defense). As much [deleted] as I give BLM, I think he is more then capable to lead us to a bowl game this year, and October will be a big test for him as we will face off against two great offenses and the best defense he has seen in his short career.
If we can get out of October with two wins, we should go to a bowl. One win and its going to be a stressful november.
