Anybody know when the cutoff is to be able to drive down the BLVD to drop off tailgate items before the game?

At the last game I arrived at least 2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff and some young security kid in a yellow slicker said I absolutely could not drive down the BLVD to drop off my stuff. I stated that I had always done this in the past, but he would not relent.

Does anybody really know? A friend said he called the athletic department and they said the cutoff was "two hours before kickoff", but then security was waving people off before the 2 hour deadline at the last game?

We've run into this problem each week so far. i finally asked the kid to call his supervisor over and he just gave up and let me go.

But seriously, we are paying these people. Can someone in the Athletic Department not get everyone on the same page? Or just get rid of them and save the money. He was still there restricting people onto the BLVD after the game.

We've had four years to get this right and it seems to be going backwards. Why would you repave Bishop if you are going to let people drive on it. Bishop was torn up for a while before the BLVD even existed, so I don't think it was repaved for the Museum. :no:

i'm glad you brought this up. at the last home game, i ran into major problems with my group getting in THREE hours before kickoff! the powers that be need to tighten this up!

BIG AL is leaving for Ford Stadium now, i hope things have been lined out!
