Why don't we put a huge SMU tarp over 5 or 6 sections in the end zone instead of seating people there? THis way we can fill out the sides, especially the top half of the visitors side to make the stadium look more full. I am pretty sure I remember Rice having something like this at their stadium when we played there last year. I just think the visitors side especially looks empty. And staring across at It always makes me feel like we have 10 k people at the game.

that or a giant inflatable Ford Mustang, the way there was a giant Jeep at Aloha Stadium when it was the Jeep Eagle Aloha Bowl. JJ probably remembers.

Because Rice Stadium still has a bigger capacity than Ford Stadium even with the endzones tarped. (47,000 to 32,000). We don't need to make our seating capacity even smaller, we just need to entice football fans to attend and stay throughout the game.

But until that happens...
