SMU's passing game is too one-dimensional-compare to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th receivers on other Run and Shoot/Spread teams-its way of of whack-BLM has relied too heavily on Sanders and other Receivers have not pulled up the slack. The more SMU relies on Sanders the more his effectiveness numbers go down-because they are keying on Sanders This is a point I've made since the start of the year-to be successful in this offense QBs have to get all receivers into the action to force teams to cover the entire field. You guys can point the finger at Sanders all you want but that isn't the biggest problem. We need for 4 receivers to step up and be consistent threats to score or make big plays. The other receivers have been consistently inconsistent.
