Until this team becomes good enough to win games like this consistently (i.e. Tulsa and Houston now), SMU should never be predicted to win a game like this.
Tulsa 38
SMU 20
Hopefully I am dead wrong.

Kyle turns out to be the PS we knock out Tulsa, sweep everyone else the rest of the year end up 9 and 4 in Hawaii, JJ get's a talk show, all of next years games are sold out!
All we do is talk about it in the blue seats on our way to the sweet 16!

Tulsa will win regardless of who QBs SMU. The key for SMU of course is getting pressure and containment on Kinne. This kid can really throw the ball when Tulsa's horrendous Offensive Line gives him time-they rarely do. But it says something for him that even with the pressure/sacks he is in the NCAA Top 15 in Passing Efficiency-right behind Tim Tebow. Scroll way way down for Bo Levi Mitchell.

That is the score in regulation play. After that I don't know. Do we pull some kind of bone play and lose in OT. Or do we finally get our OT act together and win 42 to 35.

I've seen so many second string QBs come in and make a positive change for the team. Padron may be that kid. He is not a clothesline passer but puts a little more touch on the ball, from what I've seen. + he can run. I wondered on several occasions why BLM would throw a pass to a guy maybe 5-10 yd.s away a million mile per hr. I know things move fast, but Joe Montana used the touch type passing too. Seemed to work for him. Not saying this kid is the next Montana, but he might do some great stuff. This game is just not predictable given the QB situation. If I remember right Montana was the second or third string QB for the 49ers, 3rd round draft pick. Go figure.

Maybe he will be like Techs Shefield and come in and dazzle! And as far as the 35-35 tie. We definitely lose in overtime!
