Nice to see some good press from the DMN. Now we need to repay the faith with a win this weekend!

Hopefully it is the kind of game that allows alot of players to get into the game (in a good way.)

Jones' comments on Padron. We'll see if he can do this every week but these points probably resulted in 150 extra yards and has previously been missing from the offense.
Biggest yards after catch game in a long time with Robinson, Beasley and McNeil making huges runs after catch against a pretty decent CUSA defense
Jones said that while Padron still needs to learn through game experience, his ability to adjust - keeping plays alive - and his accuracy to get the ball to receivers in position for them to run, stood out. Perhaps the biggest example was a well-placed ball to Aldrick Robinson that led to a 61-yard gain because Robinson was in position to show off his track speed as he caught the ball.
"Those are the type of things that really allow guys to make plays," Jones said

I thought the comment on the accuracy was interesting because it is the one thing Jones always says he looks for in a QB and you're right it made a world of difference in a short completion to a long one.

Did you get the picture in your signature line from this? If so you owe JT royalties
