Why is Casey Keenum not getting more Hiesman hype? He clearly is putting up better numbers than anyone else in the country. Is it our conference or media exposure? I would love to have our only conference loss to a top 25 Hiesman QB.

Because they lost to UTEP. In order for him to make it to New York Houston would have to go 13-0

Because he rarely throws it beyond 10 yards

Because he merely tosses it to superior talent in relation to that of his conference

Because he lost to UTEP

Precedence is already in place with Mike Leach's soldiers. They don't deserve Heisman's

so when Padron leads us to a BCS game with 60 td's and 80 % completions you dont think he will deserve a Heisman?!

Who said anything about deserve? If your scenario happened, sure he would deserve it...just like Alabama deserves harsher penalties for all of its infractions, but it's NCAA football. The goal is to keep the marquee teams on top. That's why they have BCS conferences. It's to favor them and keep everyone else down.
