Financially, I would bet the FW bowl makes the most sense — not that the payout is huge, I don't suppose, but not only would the school's travel costs be the lowest possible, but it obviously is the bowl to which the most PonyFans could travel.

I hate Amon Carter Toilet Bowl, but I'd vote for that. (I'm going to whatever bowl, anyway, but I'd like to be with the largest possible SMU crowd.)

We have to beat Rice and win two more games and then we can start wishing about bowls. My choice would of course be the Eagle Bank Bowl because I could just drive 20 minutes to the game.

All these people are talking about the different bowl games and we have only won 4 games. I can only imagine if we get to 7 wins this year or next year people will be talking about a BCS bowl

Don't get your hopes up for any bowl other than those. The conversations have happened. They happened prior to the season. Hawaii Bowl said they would take SMU if eligible and SMU said they would accept unless offered Liberty. Others on this board have heard the same thing. My source heard all of this directly from the Mob Boss. This source has meetings with the Mob Boss on a fairly regular basis.

I personally think Fort Worth would be the best for us, but as I said, the conversations have happened.
