great point. And disasters do happen to good teams. ECU couldve had 28 points on us instead of the 7 they had when we had 21. A miscue here, a bobbled kickoff there, a pass that is tipped and winds up in the arms a linebacker there, and next thing you know we're down three scores standing around with our hands on our hips, people in the stands are standing with their arms folded.

dont ponder IF we lose to Rice...think about how great those beers will taste AFTER we beat 'em. If we lose to freaking Rice, we deserve to not go bowling. This game has all the makings of a trap game...hopes high, confidence high, crapppy team coming into our house at homecoming, fanbase pumped, new QB....only to lose.
