Back in 2006, I believe, someone connected to this site arranged it so that we, as ponyfans, could buy extra tickets for $1 (maybe it was $2). I believe we were then challenged to get as many people to the game as possible. We need to bring this back for the UTEP and Tulane games. How do we get this done?

Just paid $24 per seat and that's section 101. They discount for 10 or more seats.

Buy cheap tickets and you can sit in the more expensive seats as they are always open.

That isn't the point. They were basically giving them to us and telling us to bring people. I gave 10 tickets away adn they all went to the game.

Isn't there another Operation Sellout or two planned for this season? Since they were giving away tickets left and right for the first one, I'd think offering a discount to PF folks would be something they would consider again.

Someone said they got rid of the marketing department, so you might have a tough time getting something done. Btw, I'm not standing up for the marketing folk b/c I think they sucked at their jobs, just pointing it out.

Wasn't it R. Potts who said that "An empty seat doesn't buy a hot dog and a coke." Get em in the door anyway you can, you'll make money anyway with concessions and its better to have freaking people at the game which makes people want to come back
