Where is the Truth...Darius? Wonder if he is hurt or are we planning to ask for a medical redshirt?
Just curious!

Re: Darius...No where to be found! He can not get a medical redshirt. He is available to play. At one point Beasly hurt his leg on a missed third down conversion and he came off the field limping. Johnson was warming up. But Beasley recovered and returned the next series. My thought is that if you fumble on the one yard line in a big game, you get in the Jones' doghouse for a while.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: Darius...No where to be found! He hasn't had the impact we all hoped for, but the fact of the matter is Beasley has stepped up his game this season. Some on here want to call him nothing more than a possession receiver, but he has shown good ability in space. Beasley and Wilkerson both have elevated their game due to the rise of Padron.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: Darius...No where to be found!Agreed, Wilkerson and Beasely have stepped up, and Sanders and Robinson have been solid all year....just not any room for Darius at the moment...
Thats OK though, we will really need him the next three years, he can play sparsely and continue to learn this year and be a better player next year. Womack + Wishbone = Heisman

Re: Darius...No where to be found! One thing that really surprised me after starting to follow June and his run and shoot is that the starting four wide receivers play the entire game unless an injury forces them from the game or they move Bradley Haynes in as a tight end for extra blocking purposes. For instance, Beasley was limping after his injury but remained in the game while a healthy Johnson, Lofton and Walker were available(i don't think they were injured). I would be curious as to June's thinking on that. Johnson and Lofton and I believe Haynes and maybe Zimmerman have started games in the past and I don't think it was always because of injury to starters. Most teams seem to sub their starting wr's at least for a series or two or maybe after running a deep fly route during games but not us. I don't think it is because of a large drop in talent and I can understand how important Emmanuel is and how hard it is to keep him out for even one play since that may be the one he breaks. I wonder if Al is as fast at the end of a game as at the first. We seem to tail off as the game goes on as to offensive production from receivers. I wonder if it is a gametime adjustment for the receivers and QB's getting used to defenseHow do you keep the morale up for good guys like these and also how do you tell a recruit that unless he starts, he probably won't be playing until the guy ahead graduates or is injured.
Re: Darius...No where to be found!"Coach- Jefferson. Are you injured or are you hurt?
Player- Whats that mean? Coach- Well, if your hurt you can still play, if your injured you cant. Player- I think im just hurt. Coach- Thats good, get up!" One of my favorites, The Program.
