WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010
Re: I knowI don't think they should be used as rankings -more of a snapshot of relative strength anong schools that are otherwise difficult to compare because they play in different conferences etc.

Re: I knowTheir strength of schedule improved by playing SMU!!!!
Re: I knowWell we were supposed to beat Rice by solid double digits so we would move down and Rice would move up.
![]() Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad
Re: I knowAs I have mentioned, there are 3 different rankings on that page if you look closely. There is Sagarin's ranking (which only considers margin of victory; has SMU at 89) ; there is Sagarin's ranking that is used for the BCS (which only considers wins and losses; has SMU at 64); and there is the one that is to the left of the page that is used to actually rank the teams on the page, which Sagarin refers to as a "blended" average of the other two rankings, which has SMU at 79.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Re: I know
Not really. Beating Rice wasn't going to help our rating.
