Maybe we could get some rich, unaffiliated donor to purchase "Sunny" the donkey from Sunnyvale who was donkey-napped this week and then insist that he be an SMU mascot. Can't have too much equine or cowbell.

Posted: Tue Nov 10, 2009 11:46 amThe 2nd Human Peruna was only there last Saturday because it was homecoming and he was an alumni Peruna (our own Steve Stovall). I talked to him after the game and it was the first time he'd been in the costume in 21 years. Personally, I thought his vintage jams and football jersey and his moves were superior to the current student human Peruna.
