Uh....

Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V?

What are you looking to cut and paste? Text?
There's also the QUOTE function

PS Google is awesome

If your are copying text just hold the left mouse key down and highlight the text you want to copy.

Once it is highlighted either use CTRL-C keys at the same time or easier just use the mouse and right click, a menu will appear and go down to "copy" and left click the mouse.

Then just open the reply on the thread you are in and either use the quote function or not pursuant to your choice.

Now either use CTRL-V keys at the same time or easier just use the mouse and right click, a menu will appear and go down to "paste" and left click the mouse. The highlighted test will now be in your reply.

For pictures basically the same:

Just use the mouse and right click, a menu will appear and go down to "copy image location" and left click the mouse.

Then just open the reply on the thread you are in and use the IMG function and the just "paste" the link between the .

That's it!

I know the highlight right click copy. then I come to this sight , open window and right click again and the paste will not engage.
I'll keep trying.

It is a publisher file.

Get it up your screen, hold down 'ALT' and then tap 'Print Screen'. This will put the screen in your clipboard then you can paste it to something like Photoshop, Photo editor, Word, etc. and manipulate it from there.

Publisher has an "Edit" mode which should allow you to cut and paste.

Mrydel:
I not allowed near scissors at all, and if I want paste it is flour and water only!

This is a simple repy. Click your mouse 2x right on what you want to short cut paste. Then go to whatever website and left click the mouse to paste. This is the way I do it. My computer is old and does not do what I want it to do, depending on how it feels, I guess. I think it is under tools. I was in the same situation a few years ago. Afraid to ask since everyone is into computers. I will attempt to do this on the next post. If it does not come up, the computer is not being very nice.

OK, it worked. Could be web sites. On this site they don't want someone posting porno etc. Could be the computer. Talk to Best Buy. They will show you.
